Fast Weight Loss – Tips to lose 10lbs in 3 weeks

Want some fast weight loss tips? Maybe you’ve got a special occasion coming up or a holiday just around the corner. Either way, you’re going to want to look your best!

I’m going to help you lose 10lbs in 3 weeks. This is a little over the doctors recommended guidelines but is perfectly healthy – if you do it right!

Your guide to weight loss

Let’s get started. In fact, I want you to start right now! If your snacking, I want you to throw it in the bin right this second. I need you to know that this isn’t going to be easy, but if you stick to it like I know you can, you’ll lose weight quickly and you’ll keep it off so long as you don’t fall back into bad habits. Remember, health above all else. If you’re eating healthy, natural foods, you’re on the right track!

You’re going to need the following supplies: feel free to remove some of these items is you don’t like them but I would ask that you try it at least once after you’ve settled into the routine.

  • Carrots
  • Brocolli
  • Cabbage
  • Cauliflower
  • Peas
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • Lettuce
  • Sweetcorn (fresh/frozen NOT tinned)
  • Lean meats (with little fat)
  • Fish
  • Water bottle
  • Herbs and Spices
  • Porridge or muesli for breakfast

Right, you’ve now got the basis of your shopping list. Feel free to add any other fruit and vegetables to your shopping list. Just try and make sure you’re getting the most of your food from the list above.

Fat Burning Eating Plan

I’ve called this an eating plan because I want to let you decide what foods you eat and when, but I’ve given an example of how this will look below.

You will eat 3 medium sized meals per day, without any snacking and you will drink plenty of water. Try to drink more than 2 litres of water per day. This is going to help flush any toxins out of your body and help push vital nutrients to every cell in the body.

It may look a little like this but feel free to play around with timings and what food you have, so long as you stick to healthy options and DONT snack!

Breakfast

When you get to work, you should drink a second glass of water

Lunch

Just before lunch, you want to try and drink 1 glass of water to fill your stomach.

You might want to try eating a chicken salad or a portion of tuna pasta, chicken and rice. Again this is open to interpretation and feel free to play around a little with this.

After lunch, try drinking another glass of water, this will help keep your stomach full if you don’t already feel full.

Dinner

Again, drink a glass of water beforehand.

For dinner, maybe try something a bit tasty. I like to have chicken, cauliflower, broccoli and peas. But, I like to use plenty of herbs and spices on the chicken to give it some extra kick.

And try to have a small glass of water just before bed – not too much though, you don’t want to force yourself into waking up for the toilet multiple times during the night!

Exercise to lose weight faster

The final tip of today’s blog post is simply to exercise more. Remember, it’s great that you’re eating healthier but it’s also very important to stay active and keep you’re body strong and healthy.

The more you exercise, the faster you will lose weight. Another added benefit is that you’ll look great, and feel much happier within yourself.
