So you’ve been trying your absolute hardest to get bigger arms but it just isn’t happening. Endless amounts of bicep curls all amounting to nothing.

How to get bigger arms within a month

I want to share with you one of my best findings from training. If you relentlessly try to improve one body part – your arms in this case – one of two things will happen. Either, you’ll end up with huge arms which are disproportionate to your body, or you’ll work tirelessly and get little results. The latter of the two is usually most common.

Stop working on just your biceps

When you continuously work any one area of your body, your body get’s used to the challenge and learns how to adapt, rather than force a physical change. Notice how when you started it was impossible to do complete 10 reps. Now, you can finish 50 reps with ease. But there’s not much difference in size? Well, the problem is your body has got used to the challenge and has ‘got used to it’.

You can carry on and you’ll make some small gains, not really pleased with your results. Or you can change the plan and get much bigger arms in much less time.

Start training your whole body and include your triceps

Firstly, don’t neglect your triceps! Big arms don’t come from just having biceps. You also need to work the triceps on the other side with some push-ups or bench pressing, it wouldn’t hurt to add some specific tricep training to such as an overhead tricep press.

You’re also going to have to start training the rest of your body. There are many reasons for this, most importantly, the significant increase in testosterone production. Testosterone is important for muscle growth because the hormone encourages and promotes the growth of muscle tissue. This will help you get those huge guns (massive arms) you’ve been chasing for so long.

A few other important reasons you should train the rest of your body are for:

– Physical proportion
– Overall health
– Increased Muscle Stress
